1. Information processed by service providers

The game uses Google services for advertising and in-app purchases. Depending on your device, region, consent choices, and use of the game, these services may process:

• device and app information, such as device model, operating system, language, app version, and coarse location derived from an IP address;
• advertising identifiers and other device identifiers;
• ad interactions, app interactions, diagnostics, crash information, and performance data;
• purchase status, product identifier, transaction identifier, and related billing information needed to complete an in-app purchase.

2. Game analytics

We collect limited gameplay analytics to understand whether the game works and where players have difficulty. These records use a randomly generated in-game identifier and may include app launches and sessions, menu and day progression, day duration, failed potion attempts, customer timeouts, selected interface actions, app version and platform, advertising impressions, advertising clicks, estimated advertising revenue, purchase results, and technical errors. Our gameplay analytics does not collect the device model, operating-system version, system language, or memory size.

The game does not send ingredient drag movements, potion contents, your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or payment card details to our analytics table. Analytics events are sent over an encrypted connection to a private Google Sheets document through Google Apps Script and are used to improve game balance, stability, and advertising performance. Test devices can be excluded from calculated summaries.

3. Advertising

Cauldron Dash uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized according to your region and consent choices. Where required, the game shows Google’s consent form before requesting ads. You can reopen the available consent controls through Settings → Privacy settings.

4. In-app purchases

Optional coin packs are processed by Google Play Billing. Google processes payment details and provides the game with the purchase result needed to deliver the purchased coins. We do not receive or store your full payment card information. Purchases are also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

5. Local game data and notifications

Progress, settings, tutorial state, unlocked content, coin balance, a random analytics identifier, and pending analytics events are stored locally on your device. You can remove this local data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the game. We do not operate player accounts for Cauldron Dash.

If you allow notifications, the game schedules local reminders for 1, 3, 7, and 14 days after you leave. These reminders are created on your device, are cancelled when you return, and do not require us to send your notification token to a remote push service. You can disable them in Android settings.

6. Children’s privacy

Cauldron Dash is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children directly. Advertising and consent behavior may vary according to Google Play, Google AdMob, regional law, and the age settings associated with the user or device.

7. Data security and retention

Data handled by Google is protected and retained according to Google’s policies and security practices. Gameplay analytics are kept only as long as reasonably needed to analyze and improve the game, then may be deleted or retained in aggregated form. Local game data remains on your device until you clear it or uninstall the game. No method of electronic processing is completely secure.

8. Your choices

• Use Settings → Privacy settings when that option is available in your region to review advertising consent choices.
• Use Android or Google account advertising controls to manage ad personalization.
• Decline rewarded ads and optional in-app purchases; neither is required to start the game.
• Disable game reminders through Android notification settings.
• Clear the app’s storage or uninstall the game to remove locally stored game data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
